There might be minor cosmetic imperfections that can easily be removed with sandpaper. Or, occasionally, the pre-drilled holes are missing, which can then simply be re-drilled. This varies depending on the climbing frame. None of these imperfections affect the functionality of the climbing frame!

In any case, the statutory warranty of 2 years applies. Spare parts may occasionally be replaced.
